What is your return/exchange policy?
Each piece is made to order and designed with you every step of the way. For that reason, our clients rarely find themselves dissatisfied with their order. Generally speaking, returns or exchanges are not permitted. Only errors in manufacture or embellishment are eligible for return. No returns are accepted without prior authorization from Leontine Linens.
