ORDERING INFORMATION

DO I HAVE TO ORDER AS SHOWN?

The projects shared on our website are meant to serve as inspiration. The projects shown can be done in any colors and mix of embellishment as you would like.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

Due to the custom nature of our linens, all orders can be placed over the phone or via email. Please reach out to get your project started. info@leontinelinens.com OR 504-899-7833

HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?

Give us a call or send us an email. We can send you a beautiful gift certificate via USPS or email.

DO YOU HAVE A BRIDAL REGISTRY PROGRAM?

Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not have a traditional bridal registry program, however we would love to assist you in creating your linens for your new life together as a married couple. We recommend gift certificates and ordering your linens when you are ready. We do have a wonderful line of accessories that make beautiful bridesmaids and bridal gifts.

MAY I SHIP MY EXISTING LINENS TO YOU TO BE MONOGRAMMED?

We do not monogram on other linens besides our own.

WHAT IS THE LEAD TIME?

Linens of this nature take time. We have an 8 – 10-week lead time for most of our collection. Our accessories and bed clothes have a 4-6 week lead time.

CAN YOU PULL UP A PAST ORDER?

Absolutely! Please reach out and we can provide the details on your previous orders. Note- over time, dye lots and fabric colors can slightly vary.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

All of our linens are made to order and the fabric cut off the bolt – just for you. Once an order is started, it cannot be cancelled. Due to the custom nature of our linens, no returns or exchanges are permitted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD SHIPPING PROCEDURE?

We ship all packages UPS ground with a signature required. Tracking numbers are sent out once an order has shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship international, we use a third-party shipping partner for international shipping coordination.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY LINENS?

SHOULD I ALLOW FOR SHRINKAGE?

Shrinkage occurs with all linens made of natural fibers. The sizing of our product allows for the expected shrinkage following use of proper heat settings on washer and dryer. Leontine Linens is not responsible for shrinkage as a result of washing linens in hot water or using a high heat setting on the dryer.

Your monogram is meant to be unique to you, and there are countless ways to combine your letters; see our Monogram Guide.


SHOWROOM INFORMATION

WHERE IS YOUR SHOWROOM AND WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Our showroom information can be located here. Our only location is in New Orleans, Louisana on Magazine street. The showroom is located at 3806 Magazine Street, Suite 3. New Orleans, LA 70115. Hours are Monday – Saturday 10 – 5 pm.
